Neva is a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management. As a certified medical assistant, she is constantly learning new things about the medical field which can be applied to her daily work with our patients. She has worked for Dr. Schuster for seven and one-half years. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to go on long relaxing walks and hikes with her husband and dog. She also enjoys spending time with her son and his family. She also enjoys reading, crocheting and watching movies while relaxing at home.
Pam, CMA (AAMA)
Front Office Manager
Pam is a Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) and has worked with Dr. Schuster since September 1993. She has worked in healthcare since graduating from high school. When she is away from work, she is very active with the American Legion Auxiliary having served as chairman for department, district and local unit as well as being an officer for both the district and unit levels. She also enjoys bowling during the winter months. She is very close to her family and enjoys being with them as much as possible. She is godmother to her nephew’s daughter and son.
Kathy, MT (ASCP)
Kathy has worked at the Schuster Clinic for six years as our lab manager. She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and is an MT (ASCP). She is married and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and reading.
Deb has been performing all medical transcription for the Schuster Clinic since 2006. She enjoys volunteer work, cheering her kids on in their sports and spending time outdoors at the cabin with her husband, three kids, and Pomsky puppy.
Administrative Consultant & Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager
Lori has worked with Dr. Schuster for 22 years, working as the administrative consultant, billing supervisor and accounts payable person. She also fills in as a medical assistant for clinics as needed to cover staff absences. She is married with one grown son. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing the flute (flute performance major in college) in both a classical orchestra and a band.
